"Disappointed"
Can't trust 'em!!! This company charged me for a next day delivery service while fully aware they couldn't fulfill it. Usually, with other retailers, if it ain't possible, they just take that option off the site. This ain't my first bad run-in with this company, and from the email they shot me, it looks like plenty of other folks had to deal with the trouble of requesting order cancellations. Not a solid company, for sure.

Fantastic delivery experience. Arrived in just a few days and the items are just what I anticipated. DPD did an awesome job dropping it off at my neighbor's since I couldn't grab it myself at that moment. It's not only about your service, HS, but also about the delivery partners you select, and it really makes a difference to go with the top-notch ones. "Great support and quality items..."
I had a solid experience with their customer support and the items are top-notch. Even when I faced an issue with a delivery mix-up, they handled it quickly and with integrity. I got my refund for the returned items and the ones I actually ordered came through just fine.

"Requesting a refund for 5 weeks now..."
I've been trying to get a refund for five weeks straight for a shipment that never left their facility. They keep telling me, 'We’ll process your refund,' but nothing happens. Total scammers and liars. Seriously, don’t waste your cash here if you expect to actually receive what you pay for.

"Awesome shopping but shipping needs work"
I gotta say, I'm a bit nervous about HS since I made an order on 18/11/17 that was marked as shipped on 20/11/17. So, I'm left wondering: where's my stuff? Fingers crossed I didn't just waste my cash. But honestly, this one-off issue isn't the norm for the HS crew; previous orders have always arrived on time. Overall, it’s been a fantastic shopping experience, but the shipping and delivery could use some improvement.

"No Reply on Missing Package"
I got a notice saying my package was delivered to someone on July 5th at 1:58 PM, but I never got it. Clearly, someone signed for it without checking who it was meant for, and now they have my stuff. I reached out to the company to see what to do next, and they sent me one reply asking if I got the shipment. I told them I hadn’t. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back. It’s been over a week, so I shot them a second email, and still, no response. At this point, it feels like they don’t give a hoot that I didn’t get my order, yet they sure took my cash!
